Single layer fabric. Satin finish is on outside, you may wish to wear it inside out. Smaller size version (about 28cm diameter). Band is stretchy fabric (no elastic inside) and is quite wide 5.5cm. Pink colour is pretty close to pics but band part is lighter shade.
